As a health and social care professional registered with CORU, you must maintain a regular, ongoing record of your continuing professional development (CPD) activity. This is a legal requirement. As a CORU registrant, you may be selected to participate in a CPD audit.
The CORU CPD audit cycle is two years, and at the end of each cycle, CORU audits 2.5% of all registered speech and language therapists. CORU will only accept their audit record template for audit submissions. CORU do not require submission of supporting documentation.
You are obliged to keep up to date with CORU CPD requirements which can change without notification to IASLT. Further information on your requirements can be found via the explanatory videos below, or via the CORU website.
