Marion Dolan
Upskilling speech and language therapists to empower parents to manage children’s social skill challenges.
Marion is a Senior Speech and Language therapist working on a Disability team. Marion has 15 years experience of working with children with Disabilities. In 2024 Marion and two other Senior Speech and Language therapists ran a parent workshop on Social communication with a neurodiverse approach which 60 parents attended. Marion ran social communication clinics a month after this presentation which all parents who attended were invited to. Parents gave very positive qualitative feedback for the workshop and clinics.
