IASLT Chief Operations Officer
Edel graduated with a BSc. in Clinical Speech and Language Studies from Trinity College, Dublin in 2001 and has worked primarily with adult populations across acute, community and residential services. Edel obtained a Masters in Healthcare Management from RCSI.
As part of Edel's role in IASLT she is responsible for implementing the IASLT strategic plan, leads and manages the growing IASLT team, manages programmes, projects, finances and all other administrative aspects so that ongoing mission, vision and strategies are fulfilled within the context of values and under instructions and guidance as approved by the Board.
Edel is a member of the Professional Standards Standing Committee, Finance and Risk Management Committee and the Communications Standing Committee.
